A New Bylaw to Establish Healthcare Institutes of Iranian Traditional Medicine
This bylaw is for the establishment of Iranian traditional medicine healthcare institutes, signed by the Minister of Health and Medical Education.
Dr. Mahmoud Khodadoust, the minister’s adviser and the general director of Iranian-Islamic Traditional Medicine office of Ministry of Health and Medical Education, communicated a new bylaw to the universities, medical faculties and healthcare services, to be implemented. This bylaw is for the establishment of Iranian traditional medicine healthcare institutes, signed by the Minister of Health and Medical Education.
Under the article 26, section 37 of this bylaw, all the necessary conditions for the establishment of the Iranian traditional medicine healthcare institutes, such as, the the applicants’ qualifications to establish those institutes, establishment and operational conditions, ground rules for personnel, ground rules for the constructions, ground rules for the equipment, health and safety principles, the establishers’ responsibilities and violations are all included.
Needless to say, after communicating the new bylaw, the previous bylaw for the establishment of Iranian traditional medicine healthcare institutes, reference number 429/100 dated 04.04.91 will be null and void.
