‘Implementation of Medicinal Plants National Document Roadmap’ to be Presented in Two Months

Deputy Head of implementation of Iran’s Comprehensive Scientific Plan Strategic Headquarters, Dr. Mansour Kabganian, said, “The roadmap will show what needs to be done for the aims of the Document to be fulfilled within the remaining years of the 1404 perspective Document.”

He said, “The tasks and the amount of work that was determined in Medicinal Plants and Traditional Medicine National Document needs to be done by 2025 (1404 according to solar calender), and this can only be made possible by consistent scheduling.”

“One of the responsibilities of the administration deputy of this organization is to receive the roadmap of each document.” Kabganian said, “The roadmap of this document was requested too. However, it seemed to be incomplete, therefore, the relevant officials were given another chance to complete it.”

Deputy Head of implementation of Iran’s Comprehensive Scientific Plan Strategic Headquarters pointed out that the roadmap of this Document needs to be presented to this council’s headquarters at the determined time, and added, “There are a lot of aims and tasks considered in this Document that will be fulfilled through cooperation and assistance of the members of this headquarters’ council.”

He said that the final evaluation of the performance of this Document will be done in the meeting of the implementation of Iran’s Comprehensive Scientific Plan Strategic Headquarter Council, and added, “Medicinal Plants National Document is in the waiting list of this meeting and the relevant officials need to present a detailed and comprehensive report.”

“A thorough report was requested from National Council for Science and Technology Development of Medicinal Plants and Traditional Medicine, about four months ago.” Kabganian said, “This report was presented to the board of counseling of the headquarters and some points were recommended. However, it received an overall positive review.”
