International Congress on “Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, and Complementary Medicine” to be Held

The International Congress on “Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, and Complementary Medicine” will be held in Razi International Conference Hall of Iran, University of Medical Sciences from December 3rd to December 5th, 2016.
This conference will be held by Research Institute for Islamic and Complementary Medicine together with the faculty of Traditional Medicine of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, representing the following motto: “More sustainable health, lower costs, more participation by integrating traditional medicine into the health system”.
The topics of this scientific congress are as follows:
Traditional Medicine:
Healthy lifestyle and its role in preventing diseases
Treatment of widespread diseases from Iranian traditional medicine perspective
The culture and beliefs of the public from different parts of Iran
The role of the traditional medicine in rehabilitation of patients with special diseases and vulnerable groups such as kids, etc.

Traditional Pharmacy:
Manufacturing and standardizing traditional medicine products and formulation of new traditional drugs
Clinical studies of herbal medicine and Iranian traditional medicine components
